Terms and Conditions:

      • Customer Responsibility:
        The Customer has the responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions before making a reservation. The customer is as well responsible of submitting accurate information into the reservation form. Entry errors will not be refunded under any circumstances. There will be no refund for no-shows or non use of the trip booked.
      • Changes to a Reservation:
        In order to make a change on your reservation you must call or email us and provide your confirmation number. Changes are not available within 48 hours of travel.
      • Cancellation policy:
        Our customers are entitled to a refund if a reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to travel. In any case the refund will be made minus a 20% of the total amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours of travel are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event that Eagle Shuttle Service cancels a trip, we will provide a 100% refund
      • Delays:
        On any transportation service, ground, air or sea, delays do occur. For delays occurred for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather and traffic conditions, there are no refunds or partial refunds. There are no refunds for any delay on our scheduled services for any circumstance beyond our control.
      • Force Majeure:
        The Company and the Trip Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Service Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations there under, if such failure or delay is due to Acts of God, natural disasters, national, state or local states of emergency, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law, regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of The Company or the trip Operator, respectively.
      • Liability disclaimer:
        The information and services published may include inaccuracies or errors, including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, service descriptions and amenities. We reserve the right to correct any error.
      • Right to refuse services:
        Eagle Shuttle Service reserves the right to refuse transportation to anyone deemed unsafe or unsuitable for travel. Passengers whom are refused transportation will not be able to receive any refund partial or total or any compensation of any kind.
      • Drivers gratuity:
        The gratuity to the driver is optional based on service.
      • Limitation of Liability:
        Neither the company, nor the service provider, shall be liable in any event or for any reason, including breach of this agreement, either directly or indirectly, to the other party or any third parties involved for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement. Neither the company, nor the service provider shall under any circumstances be liable to any party for an amount greater than the fee paid to us.
      • Changes to the scheduled or rerouting:
        Changes on the scheduled route are subject to additional charges. Additional stops, volunteer delays and/or other alterations to the scheduled service may be subject to additional charges and must be authorized by the dispatcher on duty. The drivers are not authorized to make any changes on the scheduled trip.
      • Prohibited items:
        The followings items are prohibited: alcoholic beverages, decorations, glass containers, golf shoes, tap beer, smoking. Objects that exceed in length the space the shuttle has for transporting luggage, such as surf boards and skies, may be refused to be loaded. The estimated luggage allowance for shared shuttles is two suitcases and one carry on per person. On private shuttles the customer can use all the space designated for luggage with no restriction on the number of pieces of luggage.
