• Do you offer children discounts?
    Children under the age of 2 that can actually seat on the parents lap travel free. All passenger of any age that require a seat are counted as a regular passenger.

  • Where do the shuttles pickup?
    The shuttle pick up right in the cruise terminal of your selection, at the shuttles designated pickup area. At the airport the shuttles pick up curbside in the terminal of your selection. You don't need to go anywhere, the shuttle will find you.

  • Do I need a reservation?
    Yes, ONLY with an advanced reservation you can use our service.

  • When should I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation at any time at least 24 hours prior to your travel date. We have a limit of capacity and we do reach capacity. We suggest not waiting to the last minute for making a reservation since you may be denied to reserve for not availability.

  • Do I have to make a deposit for making a reservation?
    Our reservations are 100% prepaid at the time of booking.

  • How can I make a reservation?
    You can make a reservation 24 hours a day online on our 100% secure website. Reservations made by telephone will be charged an additional $10.00 convenience fee.

  • Is it safe to book online?
    Absolutely! It is safe, secure, fast, easy and convenient. You can book online 24 hours a day!

  • Do you accept all credit cards?
    We are very pleased to accept all major credit cards. American Express cards are also welcome.

  • How far in the advance can I book?
    You can book up to 1 year in advance.

  • How do I find my reserved shuttle?
    The driver will contact you by your cell phone. If you don’t have a cell phone you must call the dispatch when you are ready to get picked up and the dispatcher will contact the driver.

  • Where can I find the rates?
    You can find our rates in the Pricing and Reservations tab located in the Home Page. If your trip is not listed please contact us by simply filling the quick contact form or calling the number listed and we will send you a quote within 24 hours.

  • Are the rates all inclusive?
    Yes, our rates are all inclusive. No extra charge such as taxes, surcharges, and port or airport fee is added to your fare. The drivers’ gratuity is NOT included on the fare.

  • How much is the drivers’ gratuity?
    The drivers’ gratuity is optional based on service.

  • If my flight or cruise ship is delayed am I charged any extra?
    No. If your flight or cruise is running late you will not be charged any extra. We will accommodate again your scheduled trip according to the situation.

  • Can I drink on the shuttle?
    No. By elemental hygiene reasons all of our customers are required not to eat, drink or smoke onboard. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited. Drinks only water.

  • What kind of shuttle I will be riding in?
    All of our shuttles are 10 to 14 passenger vans, minibuses of 32 passengers and coaches of 55 passengers.

  • Is there room enough for our luggage?
    Yes. The room for luggage is calculated upon a basis of 2 suitcases and a carry-on per passenger. That will fit on our shuttles for the number of passengers in your party. For extra luggage or off size objects please read our Terms and Conditions.

  • Are the fares the same to a hotel near the airport as to the airport?
    Yes. If the hotel is listed in our Reservations and Fare Quote System the rates will be the same.

  • Do the rates vary?
    Yes. Our rates vary depending on the season and the availability. We reserve the right to make any change on the rates. Once you book a trip your rate will not increase or decrease, you get locked on that rate as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. If you get a rate but you don't book your trip, that rate may vary in the future and you will not be able to get the same rate.

  • What is the refund policy?
    Customers who cancel a reservation made through our web site or by telephone is entitled to a refund minus a 20%. In order to receive a refund, you must use the Verify or Cancel Form on our Reservations and Fare Quote System and travel cannot be within the next 48 hours. Cancellation of travel within 48 hours of travel under any circumstance is 100% Non-Refundable. Cancellation requests are not accepted by telephone. Travel purchased using a promotion code is 100% Non-Cancellable, Non-Changeable & Non-Refundable.

  • Do I get a refund if my shuttle is late?
    We will do our best to get our customers picked up on the scheduled time, but sometimes for circumstances beyond our control such as traffic or weather a delay may occur. Like in air travel, there is no refund or a partial refund for delays.

  • How do I request a refund?
    To request a refund please click the Verify or Cancel Reservations made online in our Reservations and Fare Quote System . Enter your reservation number and then select cancel.

  • Is there any additional charge for making a second stop on the way?
    Yes. There is a charge for making a second stop. Anyway making a second stop is up the driver’s schedule and it might not be possible due to heavy schedules and time frames. The driver reserves the right of making a second stop.
